    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation that contains the name of a carrier and a tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We can ship to most places around the world.

    I already have an account with a preferred carrier. Is it possible to ship my order on my account?

    We have flexible, customized shipping methods. Provided your carrier services our area, we can absolutely ship your order on your account!

    I don't have any carriers. How will I get my order?

    No carrier account? No problem! We will be more than happy to ship your order on our account and add the freight amount to your invoice.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs are based on many factors. The main factors are weight, class, distance, and fuel prices. Because these factors change from shipment to shipment, it is impossible to give a flat shipping cost to cover all shipments. Reach out to our customer service team if you would like a rate for a specific order.

    My shipment was damaged during transit. What do I do?

    Unfortunately, damages happen sometimes. If your shipment was damaged, it is very important to make sure that you notate the damages on the delivery receipt. Let our customer service team know as soon as possible so that we can replace your damaged goods and file a freight claim.

    I ordered the wrong part number. Can I return it?

    Yes! You may return the incorrect filters for credit. Please note: You will only receive credit for the filters that are resalable. You will be responsible for paying the cost to ship it back to us, and there will be a 25% re-stocking fee.
